« Fuck the Teabag parties | Main | What's in that? »

Why is it...

That I'm not a Christian, yet it's my job to keep track of the differences between the "good" ones and the "bad" ones and not let the "bad" ones ruin it for me?

That I'm not a Libertarian, yet I should stand up for the moderates against the whackaloons, when they won't?

That I'm not a Republican, yet it's my job to remember that there is more to that party than BushCo/Cheney/Palin/Coulter/Limbaugh/Malkin/A Crazy Cast of Millions?

That I'm not a muslim, yet I'm not supposed to let the acts of a few tar the rest.

There's all these groups whose images are perverted by a few fucknuts who get all the press, but the people who are supposedly the "silent" majority only speak up when someone outside their group calls them out on some bullshit?

Listen folks, if you're pissed off at how I see your groups, it's your fucking job to fix that image, not mine. It's your fucking job to change the press you get, and to give me new data to base my opinions on, not mine.

If you want people not in your group to have a better opinion of your group, then DO YOUR OWN GODDAMNED WORK FOR A FUCKING CHANGE, AND STOP WHINING AT ME ABOUT IT!

If moderate Christians can't be fucking bothered to more actively out-shout and out-PR the Phelpsian whackaloons, then don't get your dicks bent when people associate them with you. The same for all the rest of you dipshits whining that 'you shouldn't tar so many good people with the actions of a few'. Fuck off, stop the few from defining your fucking group already.

But if you can't be bothered to do your own fucking work, do not even think that whining that I should do this work for you is a good option.

Because then, not only are you lazy, but you start looking like cowards.
