Since Numbers '09 is scriptable, and its "Send to Mail" function only works with Mail.app, I figured I'd do the script to send Numbers files as an email attachment via Entourage 2008. It's in a zipfile along with my original "Send via email" Pages and Keynote scripts.
The original article has the code, and since the only difference between the Numbers and Keynote scripts is two words, I'm not going to detail that code here.
Some items:
- There's only an Entourage Script for Numbers, because the only version of Numbers that's scriptable is Numbers '09, and that version has built-in Mail support, so why bother scripting something already there?
- Obviously, if you're using Mail, and iWork '09, you need none of these
- If you're using iWork '08, then the Mail script is usable, and the Numbers script won't work anyway, because Numbers '08 isn't scriptable

Warning for Notes users: The commenting system uses HTML.I know this will be scary for some of you, especially Notes fans. However, open standards, rah-rah.
If you want to use less-than or greater-than signs, or other similar characters that HTML reserves,
you'll simply have to learn to do it the HTML way. Luckily, HTML is kind of popular, no matter what
your re-educators have told you, and you can easily find help on the intertubes.
