It's the end of divorce!

Now that California and Florida have banned gay marriage, (and in FL's case, any and all legal/civil recognition of homosexual relationships) I'm sure we'll never ever see another divorce in either state again. Why, in every state where gay marriage has been banned, the divorce rate, nay, even the marital counseling rate has immediately dropped to zero.

Heck, in Arkansas, they banned gays from being able to adopt or even foster kids, so in that state, we'll never see another abused kid again, right?

Because that's what all the anti-gay marriage people promise, right? Perfect marriages if you ban the gays. After all, they had to protect marriage from them, so now that it is, the entire California Divorce and marriage counseling industry will immediately go out of business.

Of course it won't. Nor will there be an end to child abuse in Arkansas. It was all a fucking dodge and a lie to justify still more bigotry. Even better is when you realize that all the minorities in Cali and FL who voted for Obama also voted to keep gays as the "it's okay to discriminate against them" class. I guess lifting yourself up isn't any fun if you're not stepping on the throat of someone else.

Fuckers.

I cannot wait to hear the explanations from the bigots as to why, even though it is now protected, marriages will still end in divorce, and children in Arkansas will still be abused.

I especially want to hear from the great justifier himself, "twilightmoon" explaining why the Florida resolution is still okay, even though it doesn't give gay relationships any legal/civil recognition at all. I can-NOT wait for that retarded spew.
