From what I can tell, you can't get this to work. On OD Member servers, yes, (at least the base Wiki & Blog stuff. The Web Calendar part, not so well.)
You can turn it on, but from what I can see, the ServicesLocator information & plist never is created on the replica, so while the wiki may be running, and it is, you can't assign it to a group.
Obviously, if someone has a way to fix this, let me know. I did file a bug report with Apple on it.

Warning for Notes users: The commenting system uses HTML.I know this will be scary for some of you, especially Notes fans. However, open standards, rah-rah.
If you want to use less-than or greater-than signs, or other similar characters that HTML reserves,
you'll simply have to learn to do it the HTML way. Luckily, HTML is kind of popular, no matter what
your re-educators have told you, and you can easily find help on the intertubes.
