« An iTunes Patch? Really? | Main | Why did they even bother? »
Once again, I learn that in spite of having a last name that is seen in almost every place that sells grape juice or jelly, people cannot spell my last name correctly.
Welch
W-e-l-c-h.
Not Walsh. I am not that slightly crazy man on "America's Most Wanted".
Not Welsh. Close, but not me
Not Welsch, not Wealch, not Walch, not Wealsh, and most certainly not Wealtsch. (I have no idea how that happened, but it did.)
It's really astounding when people spell it correctly, THEN GET IT WRONG in damned near the same paragraph. Oh, and with regard to that article, I did not "lose faith in Apple". I do not have faith in a corporate entity beyond it trying to make money. What has been severely eroded is my confidence in their security patching process, which is obviously broke.
Sigh. Five Letters, one syllable. Yet almost no one gets it right the first try.

Warning for Notes users: The commenting system uses HTML.I know this will be scary for some of you, especially Notes fans. However, open standards, rah-rah.
If you want to use less-than or greater-than signs, or other similar characters that HTML reserves,
you'll simply have to learn to do it the HTML way. Luckily, HTML is kind of popular, no matter what
your re-educators have told you, and you can easily find help on the intertubes.
