John's Script License

So here's how my license works:

It's called 'creditware'

You can use the script for free, (unless of course I'm charging for it), and you get the source. You can modify the source all you want, and re-release it as your work with ONE requirement:

You have to leave my name in the script. Add your own, too. If you get this script from a fourth or fifth party, then there should be several credits.

Realistically, I can't really track this, unless I happen to download your version, and realize that you've violated my license. Then I will be very irate.

Warning for Notes users: The commenting system uses HTML.
I know this will be scary for some of you, especially Notes fans. However, open standards, rah-rah.
If you want to use less-than or greater-than signs, or other similar characters that HTML reserves,
you'll simply have to learn to do it the HTML way. Luckily, HTML is kind of popular, no matter what
your re-educators have told you, and you can easily find help on the intertubes.
